Italian automaker Lamborghini filed a trademark infringement suit against Dal Toro Exotic Car Showroom, Merchandise Gallery and Ristorante Italiano, located in the Palazzo resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The suit alleges unauthorised use of Lamborghini’s famous bull logo.
As reported by the Las Vegas Sun, the suit claims that apart from the large and prominent display of the logo in the restaurant and the car showroom, Dal Toro is also selling clothing and accessories under the same logo.
