ISYS Technologies Sues Google Over Trademark for Chromium

 A federal laws uit was  filed by ISYS Technologies Inc. against Google Inc. in the U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City. ISYS Technologies Inc. which is involved in managing Intellectual Property Patents has sued Google for its Chrome operating system (based on its Chrome Web browser and thereby named as Chrome) which violates the trademarks for ISYS’s Chromium Modular Computer registered under the trademark.  In a statement, ISYS has stated that it shall take necessary steps to stop Google and its marketing partners from selling Chrome products as they have been marketing their products for quite some-time. The decision is on the issue is awaited.
