    Iam sudheshna I want to know if the patent has not granted but the patentee can able to sell the product.if so please clarify.

    Thank you for your interest in our blog.

    Kindly note that if a person has filed for a patent for his/her invention, he/she can sell the product even though it has not received the grant status. Further the person who files for a patent will enjoy the rights of a patent holder from the date of publication but the right to enforcement of the patent will be achieved only after the patent has been granted.
