Huawei Technologies Co Ltd, one of the world’s best network equipment makers, has filed Patent and Trademark infringement lawsuits against the China based ZTE Corporation. The suit is filed in the courts of Germany, France and Hungary. In the suit, Huawei has alleged that ZTE has infringed a series of its patents relating to data card and long term evolution technologies and illegally used a Huawei-registered trademark on some of its data card products. In response, ZTE has given a statement in response stating that they will take a vigorous action against this lawsuit.
