The two well known Mobile companies Motorola and Huawei have settled the one year old trade secret dispute. Huawei had sued Motorola that it could disclose a variety of its trade secrets in selling a networks business to rival Nokia Siemens Networks. Finally on 12th April, 2011 both the companies settled the matter out of court. As per the terms of the new settlement, Motorola has agreed to pay an unspecified transfer fee to Huawei as part of the settlement and Motorola can complete the sale of one of its business units to Nokia Siemens Networks.
