Cha Cha Search Inc. has sued the Smartphone makers HTC over HTC Cha Cha. Cha Cha search Inc. is a world famous search engine which provides searches in the form of question and answers. The lawsuit is the result of HTC’s decision to name its recently unveiled ‘Facebook phone’ the ChaCha. The lawsuit was filed on 15th February 2011 in the Indiana Southern District Court.
