Huawei sues Motorola with Intellectual Property suit

Huawei has filed a law suit against Motorola in order to stop the Motorola from passing on Intellectual Property to Nokia Siemens Networks. Motorola is on the verge of transferring its wireless infrastructure business to Nokia Siemens Network for 1.2 billion dollars. The law suit was filed in the US District Court. Huawei has claimed that Motorola is obligated to maintain the secrecy of Confidential Information provided under certain agreements and such transfer will result in the massive disclosure of Huawei's Confidential Information to Nokia Siemens Network, with irreparable harm to Huawei.
