The Indian Trade Mark office has extended the time to file petitions in respect of trademarks removed from the register due to non - payment of renewal fees. The office has received representations from practitioners and stakeholders for extension of time , the Trademark office has extended the time for restoration from 30th November 2010 to 31st March 2011.
