Acacia Research Corporation, a California based company has settled a patent law suit with cenit North America Incorporation. This settlement resolves a patent infringement lawsuit filed by its Kellstrom Integration Solutions unit. The lawsuit involved patents that apply to systems and methods for transferring assembly data. Reports state that Acacia has licensed few of its patent to cenit against the settlement.
