Global hospitality chain Hilton International Corporation has now moved the Supreme Court seeking an exclusive right over trade mark 'Hilton' in the Indian hotel industry. Hilton International has filed a petition before the Supreme Court challenging the order of the Rajasthan High Court which in April 2010 had dismissed a trademark infringement suit filed by the Hilton’s allowing the local hotel to use the Trade mark Hiltone.
