NLU’s conference on Technology Transfer and IP Issues

The MHRD IPR Chair at National Law University, Jodhpur, is organising a National conference on “Technology Transfer and IP Issues”. The conference aims at bringing together IP professionals, researchers and academicians to discuss on technology transfer and IP Issues.
The two day conference scheduled to be held on 22nd and 23rd October, 2010, will delve into issues relating to topics such as Technology transfer issues in Agriculture and Biodiversity, Mechanisms for transfer of technology, IPR issues in Technology Transfer & Commercialization, WIPO initiatives for harmonization of technology Transfer Policies, IPR issues in collaborative R & D between Industry, Academia and research institutes and so on.
